HIS elementary education seeks to lay the foundations so our students will grow to be lifelong learners. Our curriculum offers instruction in both English and Korean so students can grow to become global citizens, while also offering rich opportunities for students to participate in creative activities during class and after school clubs. Special attention is also given to character and spiritual education so that students can grow into well-balanced people in Christ.

English Teaching
HIS Elementary School consists of grades 1-6, with one homeroom per grade. Homeroom teachers are responsible for their class’s Bible education, grading, character education, and communication with parents. We use the team-teaching model with other subjects, where 1st & 2nd grades, 3rd & 4th grades, and 5th & 6th grades form teams. Two teachers cooperate and teach two different subject tracks with two grades.
