Elementary School
HIS elementary education seeks to lay the foundations so our students will grow to be lifelong learners. Our curriculum offers instruction in both English and Korean so students can grow to become global citizens, while also offering rich opportunities for students to participate in creative activities during class and after school clubs.
Middle & High School
In middle & high school, students take a deeper look into their identity. Elective courses and a variety of creative experiences allow them to discover their talents and ponder God’s calling for them in the world.
Residential Life
HIS students come from Korea and all over the world. Middle and high school students have the opportunity to experience the Handong community through living in the dormitories.
HIS has played an important role in forming children's self-identity, peer culture and right values.

I think one of the main differences about HIS is the community. In my previous school, I didn’t know all of the other students though I had attended for three years. At HIS, I know everyone, including upper and underclassmen, thanks to the community activities.
