Curriculum of Middle and High School

HIS Middle & High School Curriculum

The curriculum of HIS middle (grades 7 to 9) and high school (grades 10 to 12) is composed of courses and creative activities. The regular track consists of courses that all students need to take in each grade. On the other hand, the elective track consists of courses that students can choose from. All elective courses are offered across grades within middle and high school divisions. The purpose of the elective track is to provide students with environments in which they can better develop their individual gifts and talents, foster self-regulated learning abilities, cultivate social skills in contexts wider than grade-bound peer groups, and acquire language skills effectively through proficiency-based programs.
