(1) NEIS 교외체험학습 신청을 학습시작일 ‘일주일 전’까지 완료해주셔야 합니다.
(2) 작년과 달리 ‘가정학습’의 사유로 교외체험학습을 신청하실 수 없습니다.
(3) 학기 중 10일 이상의 교외체험학습을 가급적 지양해주시기 바랍니다. 1회 신청 시 최대 10일까지 교외체험학습을 신청하실 수 있으며, 연속하여 10일 이상 신청할 수 없습니다.
(4) (특히 외국인 학생의 경우) 학생의 NEIS상 이름과 번호를 정확하게 아셔야 NEIS 교외체험학습을 신청하실 수 있습니다. NEIS로 교외체험학습을 신청하시기 전, 담임 선생님께 Dojo로 NEIS상의 이름과 번호를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
(5) 교외체험학습을 다녀온 후 ‘일주일 이내’로 ‘사진을 첨부’한 교외체험학습 보고서를 NEIS로 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
After the discontinuation of the “On-Experience” program by the Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education, parents are now able to submit applications and reports for extracurricular experiences (off campus learning) through NEIS. Please be sure to take note of the following points before utilizing the NEIS extracurricular experience application app:
(1) The NEIS extracurricular experience application must be completed “one week prior” to the start date of the activity.
(2) Unlike last year, extracurricular experiences cannot be applied for under the pretext of “home learning.”
(3) Please try to avoid extracurricular experiences lasting more than 10 days during the semester. You may apply for up to 10 days of extracurricular experiences per application, and consecutive applications for more than 10 days are not permitted.
(4) Particularly for foreign students, it is essential to accurately know the student’s name and number on NEIS in order to apply for extracurricular experiences. Before applying for extracurricular experiences through NEIS, please confirm the student’s name and number on NEIS with the homeroom teacher via Dojo.
(5) After participating in extracurricular experiences, please submit an extracurricular experience report with attached photos to NEIS within “one week.”
